Definitely NOT as wide width as they say. You can actively see my collapsed arch bowing out the shoe in an ugly way. The insoles are not removable (SHOE MANUFACTURER: THIS IS A BIG DUMB NO NO FOR WIDE WIDTH SHOES IS THIS YOUR FIRST DAY??????????). Wide width shoes should ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS have removable insoles so that orthotics can be substituted. This does DOES NOT FIT ORTHOTICS. Verrryyyyy sharp edges. Started to get a blister after 5 minutes of wearing around the house.
Also... didnt' arrive in a Bella Vita box. Bad sign. Just a generic Nordstrom box. I.e. SOMEONE ELSE has had problems with these shoes other than me!
This shoe should be priced at 20.99. Bella Vita, Nordstrom: you suck. Do better. It's 2025 and the US has a SUBSTANTIAL POPULATION of people who wear orthotics. Make better shoes. Package correctly. Make better quality. Act like this isn't your first day on the job.
