do not buy shoes from Nordstrom Topanga store
They lie to you and tell you, the shoes will get more comfortable, just to get the sale. Don’t trust them they’re terrible at that store especially the designer department is the worst.

Best, most comfortable booties
I wasn't shopping for boots when I tried these on. Once they were on my feet, I had to buy them. No inserts necessary. No special socks. No pain--not even a little. Perfect. They mold to the shape of your feet. The length was perfect for me. I do find that with Naots I'm in between 39 and 40. I bought the 40 and they fit perfectly. The leather is soft. The bottom is squishy but still supportive. I have a low profile foot with a narrow heel. These boots are the most comfortable shoes in my closet.

Great boot, but go up a size
I have worn Naot sandals for years and am a true size 39. These boots are definitely true to size which means, with socks, you will likely need to go up one size for a suitable fit.
Incredibly comfortable out of the box. Wore them every day traveling for a week and walking everywhere…with no issues whatsoever. Love the mauve!
