Togo Loafer (Women)

European women's shoes are often more comfortable than any I can find here, because women there walk a lot more. I love English brands for that reason -- these are grippy, they give you a bit of a heel, and they are so roomy in the toes! I have thin ankles, so they're a little loose there, but one of those heel inserts should tighten it up a bit. It's so hard to find "foot-shaped" shoes that are cute -- that is, not pointed and not oval (are our feet pointed or oval?) -- and Fly London has some of the closest I've been able to find. Birkenstocks, too, of course, but they have limited styles. I LOVE this brand. I also have the boots and a few pumps.

I bought the silver ones in a 40. The color is very attractive with the contrasting outer sole color, and will match practically anything. It has a little bit of space at the end of my toes (I usually wear a 9 in a w or ww), but I like that fit. My heel area is not wide, but average. Sometimes European shoes fit in width at my toes, and sometimes they do not. Imagine my surprise when I could actually fit these shoes! They are well made, stylish, and comfortable. This is my first pair of Fly London. I will definitely be buying more from this brand. Advice: do not size up for width, and do not size down.
