Wells High Top Sneaker

The search is finally over. I now have the perfect “going out” sneaker. They have a soft toe box (which I need due to a small bunion). I usually wear an 8 or 8.5. I like these in the 8.5 so I can wear regular ankle athletic socks for comfort; and they don’t show.

My mom was elated to get these for Santa day. She has a narrow foot and wears a size 9, the length was true to size. The shoe is on the light side not heavy at all. The leather is smooth and soft. She got the Clay Metallic Napa; a fun color, much better than the usually boring typical neutral colors. It has some shine to it. The width is narrow enough! This is a well designed shoe, since the laces are not just for show. The laces provide adjustment to width depending how much you cinch them up. The laces are plenty long; we were able to double knot them, which also helped to keep the fit in place. Thus, once you zip them up, the fit is perfect every time. We did not use the top eyelets.

Very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for as a winter sneaker! Was awesome that Nordstrom did a price match!

I love Paul Green. Comfort and Style. Too expensive but worth it. If these come out in more colors, I will probably but them
