Super light.
Great looks.
A little less breathable than it looks and feels, but is still cool in the summer.

different feel
I wanted to really like these. They look great and were true to size but the arch was overly pronounced from other Nikes so I couldn’t see myself running or even walking with them. It wasn’t just the insole so sadly I had to return them.

Comfortable and Flexible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike Free RN is a solid choice for anyone looking for a lightweight, flexible shoe that feels almost like a second skin. It fits true to size and has a snug, sock-like feel that wraps around your foot comfortably. Because of this close fit, I’d recommend wearing a thinner sock for the best experience.
One thing to note is the chunky sole—it’s not my favorite design element, but it doesn’t take away from the shoe’s overall performance. It still provides good support and flexibility, making it a great option for being active. If you’re looking for a quality shoe that moves with you, the Nike Free RN is worth considering.

Nike Free RN 2025
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike Free RN shoe offers great affordability and a unique design that stands out for its excellent breathability. One of the best features is the flexible front sole, with built-in slits that provide a comfortable, natural feel underfoot. I also enjoyed how easily the shoes broke in, after just a couple of wears they felt well-molded to my feet.
When I wore them to run they were nothing fancy, they did not have much cushion or stability. Since I like not having a ton of cushion this worked for me, but may be something for others to consider. The lightweight tongue, while contributing to the shoe’s overall light feel, might benefit from a bit more padding to help with comfortability from the pressure of the laces. Probably the thing that was the most frustrating was how slippery the shoes are, the bottom of the shoes have almost no grip and it is very easy to slip on normal flooring, I hope they address that in their next iteration.
Overall, the Nike Free RN is a contender in the affordable running shoe market. With a few refinements, it has the potential to become even more compelling.
