Slippery soles
I was disappointed to discover the soles on the graphite Hasko shoes are not made with the same tactile rubber material that the other colors have? The darker soles look great with the graphite suede but they are extremely slippery on carpet, tile and wood floors. The new sole material is similar to dense plastic. I reached out to the U.S. customer service dept. but they didn't provide an explanation.

The darker soles look great with the graphite suede but they are extremely slippery on carpet, tile and wood floors. The new sole material is similar to dense plastic. Disappointment
I have been purchasing your shoes for more than 25 years now your quality of your shoes have change the quality is no longer with purchasing. I don’t know if you still make the shoe or are you and Cheap. are pilots I am really dissatisfied with your shoes now I’m looking for a new company to buy my shoes from.

Comfortable and "bouncy"
I have worn Mephistos since the mid-1980s. My favorites are the so called "bicycle shoes", super comfortable and "bouncy". The sole is leather that is sort of spongy yet firm ("bouncy"). Bottom line: your feet feel great. The Hasko sneakers remind me of the "bicycle" shoes", i.e. super comfortable as well as attractive.
