Comfy sandals
These are fantastic for people that have high arches and suffer from plantar fasciitis. I wear an 81/2 in sandals and a 9 in athletic shoes, the 8 was perfect.

Stiff slides
These are not for me. They are stylish and are adjustable but they are hard as a rock. The high arch is uncomfortable for me.

These actually do heal my feet
I love these recovery sandals. My foot, leg and hip pain resolve after wearing these shoes for awhile. The arch support is amazing.
