Attention to Detail

The Skinny Confidential does it again with their unmatched attention to detail. The mouth tape alone is already an incredible product but the tin case that comes with it was truly a game changer. The case provides the perfect home for your gorgeous mouth tape so you don’t have to worry about having them be scattered all over the place or misplaced. It’s so cute and I just love how TSC goes above and beyond to make sure you’re getting WAY more than you anticipated to get.

feels like rug burn

I have really enjoyed what mouth taping has done for my sleep, but these made my skin very irritated. Feels like I have rug burn, it pulled my skin completely

Attention to Detail

Great and works

designed to help reduce wrinkles around the mouth while you sleep. It might be worth checking out some reviews online to see if it's something that could work for you!

Game Changer!

If you have no yet added TSC mouth tape to your nightly self-care routine, it is time! Truly sleep so much better. I wake up refreshed. When I run out and am waiting for my next supply, I totally see a difference in my sleep quality and morning evergy.

Helps you sleep better!

The thing you didn’t know you needed. This was my first time using mouth tape and I highly recommend. I’ve noticed I’m sleeping better and have less tension in my jaw. Not surprising though, I love all things TSC!

Does not come off but does not come off!

So I sleep so much better with mouth tape BUT so many of them do not stay on. I had been using this about 10 days and a few mornings ago woke up and when I removed it, it TORE part of my lower lip off. I know it’s a very hard thing to do to get it to stick enough but not too much but I have to pass on this one - the shape is super good and the slit is probably my preferred shape -
