Aromatic Shower Steamer & Marble Holder

I’m a loyal Nordstrom shopper but this item does not come close to the product quality of items purchased from Nordstrom. Started my holiday shopping when the Black Friday sale was first announced. I saw this item & thought it would make a great gift. I purchased 4 for gifts and 1 for myself to try out. if I’ve never used a product before, I like to try it before gifting it so I know what to expect. I followed all the instructions. I ensured the scented “Stone“ was properly seated in the marble holder, then started the shower & ensured the stone stayed wet in order to activate the scent. I’ve never been so disappointed ! Stone immediately broke and then fizzed/ bubbled in the holder. Even after 10 to 15 minutes scent was nonexistent! I even picked the marble holder with the wet stone inside up and put it to my nose. That’s the only way I could smell a slight yet pleasant aroma. Based the product description and price point, I expected the shower to be filled with the scent close. so glad I tried it first and avoided embarrassment. now all I want is my money back for all 5 purchased, including the 1 that I used because it’s either defective or grossly misrepresented in the product description. buyer beware with this. one it’s bogus. I also purchased the Esker a body brushing set gifts sets, but haven’t tried it yet. if it also proves to be dramatically different from the description and/or performs poorly, I will also return my purchases and I will never purchase another Esker product again.
