Return fiasco
Bought these as an option for my wedding. Had to obviously try on at home to see if I liked it. Didn’t go with the overall look so I decided to return. They refused to accept because I’d worn them at home. How can you possibly avoid that? They should have put something on the bottom to protect the shoe or else said no returns because I wouldn’t have spent this much on something they refuse to return. Love them, so pretty !
They pack me shoes with wore down bottom apparently either Donnie wore them or been displayed, so upset after I found out later, can’t have them worn out sole after paying over $200? I returned them and now my size out of stock. Sad hope they get more my size.
