Zoom Vomero 5 Sneaker (Women)

I was so excited to get my hands on these. When I received the package, it had somebody else’s order in the box, and no shoes. While the CS rep was very nice, they have no process to send me the shoes I ordered. So now I get the pleasure of returning somebody else’s order, and waiting for them to process a refund on my card. Very disappointing Nordstrom.

I had ordered these online and they came in wrapped in a plastic bag and heavily used (looks like someone’s a marathon). I have been a loyal customer since 2017 and ordered online before but nothing before like this horrific package! I was so excited to get these shoes and opened the box highly disappointed, I even noticed dog feces and mud on the stains. It was so bad I made a Tik Tok. They did offer a refund but didn’t try to send me a new pair at all. Someone on Tik Tok mentioned the sticker stated “ NQC” Nordstrom Quality Control and “used” regardless whomever packaged them knew the poor quality and that they weren’t supposed to be sold weather I got them on sale or not a certain standard is expected for customers.

I got the grey and silver shoes with the pink bottoms for my job (phlebotomy) when I tell YOU, these shoes arent only really comfortable and light on my feet but they're also verrryy cute! the amount of people that have said they love my shoes and how cute they are is crazy. One of the girls said they were thinking about getting a pair. I think I'm gonna go ahead and get the all black pair as well!
