She is a 10.
What a cutie this Cassie is. She's definitely a bit more special than her older sisters. The heart strap is absolutely adorable and unique. The bag itself is very lightweight when empty. I think as long as you don't overstuff the bag, carrying her by the heart strap shouldn't feel uncomfortable on the shoulder.
She is also a bit smaller than a traditional Cassie, but still has a few organized compartments to hold what you need for a day/night out. I have her in pink and the color matches the stock picture. This V-day Cassie is a perfect 10! I am so happy I bought it.

Not so happy
It's cute, but not in love with it. Three times the clip on the side has come open, leaving my bag almost falling off my shoulder. I'm so close to returning this.

No more sore shoulders.
This is my SECOND Cassie Crossbody. First in gray/blue and second in black. It is the perfect size to carry what I need and not weigh me down. My daughter saw it and bought the same for herself. My friend saw mine and is about to buy one. Iāve been using Coach. bags since the 1980s!
