Great shoe runs small
Very comfortable and the black trim around the brown leather adds a perfect accent. Love these. The brown is a bit on the taupe side and I felt it ran 1/2 size small. I’m still keeping them.

Great shoes, horrible customer service
The shoes came in a broken box (due to packaging), thrown like a piece of trash into a box without any tissue or a storage bag. I can't believe this is how Nordstrom employees chose to ship a $500 pair of shoes. My sister thought it came from tj max. Is this a joke? Btw the shoes are actually of great quality and fit great if it wasn't for the scuffing from transit.

Love these!
I got these in brown a few days ago and am a big fan. I'm not great at wearing heels. Especially narrow heels like this but I had no trouble wearing them for several hours walking around. I also got 3 compliments on them from strangers! They go well with brown and black too which is a bonus!
