Pursuit 7-Inch Unlined Training Shorts

I've owned 15 pairs of the Mako shorts over the past 10 years. It was the perfect shorts. The best part was the zip pocket on the side where you could store your phone during workouts. The pocket was to the back of the side. When your phone was in the pocket you didn't even know it was there. It was perfect for workouts. The new Pursuit short which replaced the Mako short is not even close to being as good as the Mako short. It has the side zip pocket to the front side. Every time I take a step my leg now hits the phone. I can't even rest dumbbells on my legs or brace my legs under the pads on the back pulldown machine because the phone is now in the way. This is a complete miss by Rhône. It's disappointing they stopped making the perfect Mako short for the Persuit short that is completely inferior. I guess I need to find a new brand now that has a better side pocket.
