Absolutely the best stroller I have ever purchased

I have had many dog strollers, but this one by far, is the best. Quality materials, construction, easy to open/ close and looks great! Part of my decision to buy was that it converts to a card seat and securely attaches to a brace (included) to keep the basket from moving while driving. My 11lb mini dachshund has plenty of room and settled into it nicely. Only con would be the price, but then again, safety of my pet in the car is important. The stroller itself does not have any pet logos so it looks like a regular baby stroller. This was also a plus for me. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend buying. This stroller will last many years.

Great car seat, poor carrier

We've had this car seat for a few months now and my 10lb dog loves it! I like knowing that he is safe and comfortable. I have no trouble getting the car seat in and out (after figuring it out the first couple of times). Unfortunately, as a carrier it's terrible. Too heavy to carry by the top handle with a pet inside. Has tipped over when trying to pick up and put on the shoulder strap. Is awkward once you have it upright and on your shoulders. When I was shopping for it, I wasn't fully decided on what size to get or whether to get the stroller. Based on advertising showing it being used as a carrier, I picked this one. I do wish I had picked the stroller combo or the hard handled carrier, getting the stroller by itself will be more expensive.

Must Have For Pet Parents

We have the largest size with the carrying handle and stroller and it has been perfect. We can put our Pomeranian and two cats in there. We purchased the smallest size for vet visits and cannot wait to use it! It is comfy and safe for car rides. The stroller is a must add; it’s great for walking around the neighborhood, going to the park, or for a trip to the pet store or vet. Our elderly dog doesn’t mind it but our cats love joining in on mini adventures too.

Great, but

I purchased this as the travel system, and am wishing I had gotten the rigid. Even with only my 7lb dog in it, I am not crazy about carrying it with the soft handle to load him in the car. The carry strap felt clumsy as well. Overall, once in the car, I couldn’t be happier with the seat. I have other crash tested car seats for my dogs and this is the most secure. I will put both dogs in it - 12lbs total when using as a stroller and it’s snug

Nice car carrier, but base rattles

We are undecided about this carrier. The base makes a really annoying rattle noise when driving. This is enough to make me return it if it can't be resolved. At this price point, it shouldn't make a noise. The carrier is nice - too heavy and cumbersome to use outside of the car, but feels safe and secure in the car, which is why we purchased. It is much shallower than I was expecting inside. The mattress and frame take up a lot of space, so my 8lb dog can't sit up without hitting her head on the top, but is comfortable when lying down. I don't see how this could fit a 25lb dog comfortably.
