What it is: A weightless styling mist that repels humidity to provide long-lasting frizz protection, leaving hair with glass-like shine and a silky finish.

What it does: This heat-activated spray eases the styling process while providing a defensive shield for long-lasting frizz, static and flyaway control. The weightless formula helps protect against thermal damage and includes antioxidant-rich argan oil and other naturally derived and upcycled ingredients to care for hair from the inside out, leaving it silky, soft, smooth and glass-like—without a sticky finish or film. It's fragranced with the Moroccanoil signature scent, a Mediterranean-inspired blend of spicy amber and sweet floral notes.

Key ingredients:

- HydroResist technology: creates a protective shield that repels humidity and other causes of frizz

- Argan oil: boosts shine and enhances manageability

- Upcycled jackfruit extract: helps prevent frizz and protect against damage

- Amaranth peptides: help prevent damage, enhance manageability and reduce friction

How to use: Spray throughout clean, damp hair. Comb to distribute evenly and blow-dry in sections to activate. Follow with a flat iron for enhanced anti-frizz benefits. Frizz Shield Spray should be the last product applied before blow-drying for optimal heat activation.

Perfect defense against humidity frizz!
I was gifted by MoroccanOil, and I’m so glad to have this in my hair care repertoire! My hair is very thin and fine, and has been put through a lot of color treatment, so humidity is usually the enemy. I use this on rainy days, and it helps so much with reducing the frizz! The photo I uploaded was taking on a day with intermittent thunderstorms while I already had obligations to spend the whole day outside, and this photo was taken at the end of the day, after getting rained on! Very pleased with the results and this product.

Horrible packaging
I don’t know why I punish myself. 50% of the time, beauty products arrive damaged or used when I order from Nordstrom. This product arrived with 1/3 of the spray in the bottle. It was leaking all over the other items I ordered. Nordstrom had made it difficult to return items in store which means I don’t want to drive the distance to return this. I’ll mail it back instead. I can’t say if this frizz control is a quality product. I’m just so frustrated with Nordstrom.

This frizz reducing spray honestly just didn't work the greatest for me. It does what it says, but only if you apply a very heavy amount. And then you have to deal with greasy hair...I think it was too hydrating.

A must have!
Do you have frizzy hair? Well fear not because this spray is liquid gold! You will never see frizz again after using this. Especially whenever it is humid outside my hair still looks amazing everytime with this spray. A need in your routine!

Say no to frizz
This Moroccanoil frizz shield spray is perfect for my wash days. I use this before blow drying my hair while my hair is a little damp. My hair frizzes in wet weather and this spray has helped a lot with keep my frizz under control plus the ingredients are great for my hair. I would definitely recommend this spray.

Worth the hype
I have really enjoyed the frizz shield spray! I have thick, wavy hair and the moment there’s any humidity it becomes quite frizzy and unmanageable. The frizz shield spray made a noticeable difference in my hair and Is a product I will continue to use and repurchase in the future! A new staple in my hair routine to keep the frizz at bay and leave my hair looking and feeling soft and silky.
