love these!
I’m tired of the doc martens hurting my feet so I thought I’d give these a try and they are the perfect level of comfort and style. I’m a true 6.5 w somewhat of a narrow foot and I ordered 6.5 and they fit perfect w a thick pair of socks. I would NOT rec sizing up unless you have a wide foot.

Awesome Waterproof Boots!
I love these boots! They are lightweight and comfortable, and waterproof, which is great for the PNW. I am a size 7 in street shoes, but purchased these in 7.5, so I can comfortably wear thick socks when the weather is cold. Sorel is a great brand, made with quality. I believe they will serve me for a long time!

Too pitchy
I loved these boots so much that I kept them. However... extremely disappointed that I can't wear them all day or even more than an hour or so because it feels like I'm wearing high heels. All the weight is distributed on the ball of my foot like a high heel. So what I thought was my ever day is now just wearing them out to dinner if I'll be sitting most of the time.

Get your normal shoe size
Don’t listen to the Nordstrom video advising you to get a half size smaller than your normal shoe size. This boot does not run large. I’m usually 7.5 and I ordered a 7. The boot runs narrow and my toes were at the top of the boot, even with their suggestion the shoe runs large. I’m upset that I sized down as suggested, as it was way too small and now my normal size is sold out.
