BUY THE SHOES
Buy these in a fun color and exercise away! I bought these per the recommendation/urging of Sports Medicine PT. It took me awhile to actually do it - I wish I’d done it sooner. A miracle for Plantar Fasciitis and through the recovery & PT process. If you have heel pain or dance Zumba, BollyX, HighFitness etc they’ll make all that fun, without pain possible again!

Just OK
I really wanted to like these but they are slightly tight on the sides. I don’t feel like I’m walking on clouds like everyone says. I think I will take them back to Nordstrom 😞

Not like the Arahi 6
Went through multiple pairs of Arahi 6’s and LOVED them due to the relief they provided for my chronic tendinitis and overprotonation. I didn’t care that I had to replace them every 6 months from wear, they were the only shoe I’ve ever worn that truly felt great when on my feet for long periods of time. I finally had to replace my old worn out 6’s with the 7’s about a week ago and my tendinitis is flaring up again after multiple 9 hour work shifts on my feet. Ordered medium fit rather than the regular and even then the toe box is incredibly narrow. The lateral side of the shoe does not provide nearly as much support as the 6’s and the ankle hits at a different spot on these which can cause some pain on your Achilles. If you’re looking for a good 6 replacement and experience issues with your feet, these may not be the ones.

The heel feels like it's falling into a hole. The arch rises up, the toes are not stable, the entire foot position changes. It causes knee and foot pain.

Bring back Arahi 6!
I totally agree with others who say the Arahi 7 was changed in a bad way! It’s much too narrow at the ankle, I barely could fit my foot inside. I went back for the wider version and Nordstrom’s had sold out. I guess I’m the last to find out. Bummer!!

the Arahi 6 was better
This shoe is ok. The previous version was much better. This toe area is more narrow. The shoe is much more firm. I will not be getting this model again but I’ll wear these until I need new shoes. I’m walking in them, not running. But recovering from an injury so I need a good fit on my sneakers
