Loose, flimsy strap and small shoe
The strap is loose, flimsy and feels low quality. The website says to go down half a size but that is only because the strap is so loose. If you go down half a size, then you have the correct fit for the strap but your heel will stick outside the shoe. Long story short, STAY AWAY FROM THESE.

the heel strap is HUGE
These are darling. They look well made and are probably comfortable, but the heel strap is HUGE. It doesn’t even touch my heel, there is an inch gap between the strap and my foot. I don’t know if it’s worth taking them to a cobbler. I’m a true 8.5, ordered an 8 and they are still too big.

Sophisticated and comfy
These are classic and comfortable with soft leather (dark gold/black sling back). I did size down by half a size and didn’t have the long strap problem at all. I didn’t give these 5 stars because of price and the sole. These are made in China (and not Spain or Italy) so the sole doesn’t look high quality. I hope the leather holds up over time. Overall, I’m still happy with this purchase because the Chanel equivalent is triple the price!

Beautiful and Comfy but Described Incorrectly
This product clearly states to order a size down. I did and it was too small. I am giving up on shopping for shoes at Nordstrom after this one. I have no way to know what to order for 9AA feet when you literally say to order down when it is unnecessary. So sick of ordering shoes in 8.5, 9, 9.5, 9AA, 9.5AA or 10AA to figure out what fits.
I was Icon and am not anymore because there are so few choices for me there anymore for narrow feet and tall clothes. So disappointing as I have been a loyal fan, model, shareholder and employee at different points of my life. Bummer!
The question below asking normal size and excluding width adds insult to injury.
