Chic Half d'Orsay Pump (Women)

genuinely so upset with nordstrom right now. was so excited to use these shoes for graduation, especially considering how beautiful they are. turns out nordstrom apparently sells used shoes WITHOUT disclosing to their customers that they're purchasing them second-hand. i think i'm more upset about the way customer service handled this. they essentially told me there was nothing they could do (price adjustment, partial refund or anything along the lines of this) because of "internal company policies." the only option they offered was returning the shoe and re-ordering them, but guess what? they don't have this shoe in my size anymore, so they said they could help look for a "similar" shoe and pay for that one. the matter-of-the-fact is i intentionally spent time weighing my options and ordered two pairs of pumps with this being one of them. my graduation is also coming up very soon and don't exactly have time to wait for these to come back in stock... so, i was pretty much backed into a corner. and yes, i know they don't look THAT bad, but the point is i bought them with the understanding that they were NEW and UNUSED. i also looked through nordstroms' posted policies and FAQs, and it's just funny there's nothing that is publicly available which addresses them re-selling used items to customers (and not disclosing it) and compensation for being unsatisfied for defective products. so... thanks a lot nordstrom!!!
