Defective Shoes Nordstrom Staff Wouldn't Help
I loved these shoes until 10 weeks into wearing the the sole started to come off one of the shoes and my local Nordstrom refused to return, replace or fix them. They repeatedly stated that cost of the item doesn't equal quality, and they're relationship with Golden Goose was more important than helping me with a pair of defective shoes. Fortunately, Nordstrom.com allowed me to return them. Was very, very disappointed with the in store staff.
