Sandryn Bootie (Women)

In the past I have associated this brand with quality and comforte, unfortunately the past few shoes/ boots purchased from them, have been returned. First, the style and color was not as appealing in person as in photos. I was 50/50 on keeping them, until I went to unzipped them and try them on. The zipper was very stiff and would not budge. I had to tug and manipulate the zipper /boot until it opened. After finally getting them on and zipped, which even after the initial opening required extra effort to close them, I decided the style was not for me; especially after all the extra tugging and stretching to get them open and closed. I guess had I really liked the bootie, I may have been able to oil the zipper or something to get it to move a bit easier, but I wasn’t willing to spend the money or take a risk on damaging them, as I didn’t like the boot enough. Honestly, I expect more from this brand , the construction should have been such that this wasn’t an issue. They will be returned.
