Gender Inclusive 530 Sneaker

I’m writing as a loyal Nordstrom cardholder and ambassador status who has always appreciated the high standards of quality and service your brand is known for. This is not the first time I had issues with items, but this is the first time I am really going to write a review of poor. Unfortunately, my recent purchase of New Balance sneakers fell far below expectations. When I opened the package, I was shocked to find that the sneakers appeared to have been worn by someone else. There were scuff marks on the soles and slight creasing in the fabric, indicating prior use. Adding to my disappointment, the packaging was in unacceptable condition—the box was crushed, and the presentation was far from the polished experience I’m used to receiving from Nordstrom. Given my long-standing relationship with your store, I was surprised and disappointed by this experience. Good quality shoes in a cute retro style. The material is sturdy and once you break in, should be comfortable for long distance walking. Item arrived in only about 2 days and in good condition with no defect. I normally wear 7.5 but ordered 7 women and it fits perfectly with room for thick socks in winter. Recommend!
