The Quinn Sneaker (Women)

These are undeniably elegant and sporty, which is what I sought. I'm size 12 pretty much everywhere, medium width. I found the 12 snug in the width and the 13 a tiny bit overall roomy. My second toe is longer than my big toe and had space in both sizes; I wondered if I should keep the snug pair with the expectation that they'd relax as they're broken in or go with the roomier 13 to ensure comfort right out of the box. At this price point that conundrum was enough to make me pack them up for return but the thing that sealed the decision is that I can tell they will flex and crease in the white band of the shoe (where one's foot naturally flexes). I like the smooth curves of the white stripe and didn't want the design disturbed by creases so ultimately, this was a no for me.
