Lucia Sandal (Women)

Most of the time I wear casual shoes (running shoes and flip flops) but needed some heels for a wedding. These were the most comfortable shoes and they look really nice. I wore them for 6 hours and could have kept them on longer. They are a little bit more expensive than what I wanted to spend but it was worth it for the comfort. I highly recommend these shoes.

I’ve been looking for a comfortable, low heel nude sandal to wear with dresses a longer trousers and these fit the bill. The 6.5 wide fit across my wider toe area and the strap let’s me tighten the shoe, so I can dance in them. My only concern and reason for 4 stars, is that the material distinctly shows any moisture that lands on them. It does eventually dry back to the original color. I also find that I need to overlap the Velcro closure quite a bit to get a good snug fit.

I need shoes with good arch support. The Lucia sandal is a new contemporary style from Munro that provides both comfort and great support. I purchased the Lucia Sandal in my usual size 8 medium and for me the fit is true to size. I love its versatility, it works equally well with dresses, pants, and jeans. I purchased all three colors: black, navy, and stone.

This is a first for me in that the ankle strap is too long and loose; it hangs beyond the other strap with little Velcro. Take a look at my ankle in the picture. I could not go from this 9 1/2 WW to a 9 1/2 W, as it would then be too narrow at the bottom of my foot. I have the Abby which has the same base design so I figured this one would be the same. It is not. I like the combination of black bottom and metallic upper straps, but I feel they are not secure enough and I could turn my ankle, so I have sent them back. Munro has gone downhill ever since they began sending their manufacturing overseas and it's disappointing. They are going out of business, so something unfortunately went wrong. However, on a positive note, I would like to compliment Nordstrom for continuing with their exemplary customer service. These shoes arrived in a white box with Nordstrom imprinted on it; the box is the size of a shoe box. I attached a picture of what is printed on the box, so Nordstrom continues their excellent attention to detail! Thank you!
