The straps are not adjustable and very tall. Had to return because my feet slid out of shoes while walking.

Amazing, but run about 1/2 small IMO
Oh these are glorious! And very comfortable! But they run small. I’m Always a 38 and my toes were hitting the edge where the shoe curves up at the top. Exchanging for a bigger size!
