Fit is off!
Listen to this and other reviews! These jeans run way small. I am typically a size 24-25 in most designer, A&F, and Madewell jeans. I bought a size 25 and I could barely zip up these jeans. There's no stretch to the jeans. They were so tight around the hips. The length of 28" hits slightly above my ankle. For reference, I am 5'3" and 105 pounds. I would recommend trying these jeans on at the store if that's an option and save yourself the hassle of having to exchange or return them.

Not as pictured...
I'm surprised because normally everything from Nordstrom is spot on, but the legs on these jeans are HUGE, not nearly as slim as the photo. And the waist is pretty tight. The same size (30" waist/size 10) in two other pairs of recently purchased Levi's fit much better. Just very odd overall.

My pair was truer to size than other reviews say
I went up two sizes per other reviews. They were too big, but fit closer in the waist than the hips. If you have a smaller waist then just order your normal size. I am returning and may order my regular size.
