New fav fall shoe!
I read all the reviews prior to buy and after seeing someone wearing them and everybody was pretty spot on. They kind of run small but read that they will stretch out. It’s nice that there is Velcro on the back to help with any size discrepancies. They are super comfy and not too high of a platform .

I ordered the UGG Goldenstar Clog and received a Birkenstock clog. The customer service representative I spoke with regarding the issue did not really care that the mistake was made and left me somewhat frustrated. I was able to return the item and I am currently still waiting for the refund to be processed. I wanted to leave a review because the first thing you see when you open your box is "Nordstrom Cares" but that was not the feeling I got when I called to report the issue. Customer Service is important to me and should be to everyone that spends their money with a retailer. I will consider purchasing elsewhere before shopping with Nordstrom again.

cute but dangerous
These are cute and comfortable, they’re Slightly tight at first but tts for me. However two major problems: continuation of decline in quality from Ugg. These will only last one season for me. I use the Ugg brand protective spray and they look 5 years old after two months of light/moderate wear even in the chestnut color. Second despite being cushy and comfortable I have twisted my ankle in these so many times, my feet slip off them I was surprised no one else mentioned it in reviews. So do not buy these for anyone older and be careful walking around in them! Overall would not buy again but am stuck w them.

The ugg button came off after few wears
I love the look and feel of these, but the downside is that the UGG button came off unexpectedly, and I have no idea how to fix or wear them now. The quality is disappointing.

Love these!
These are SO CUTE! They are comfier than I expected, and the strap keeps them on really, really well. I ordered a half size up from my normal size after reading reviews, and I’m glad I did. The half size up is perfect, and the strap also helps with any sizing issues.

Amazingly Comfortable
These are like walking on air. They are clunky but I love these clogs. They have a velcro back so it can keep you in the clog if that is a concern for you. You do have the option of putting them up like Crocs.
The suede style makes them seem more for winter. I'm mostly wearing them around the house like slippers but have no problem going out in them. I can't stress how comfortable they are.
