Woodlands Brogue Boot (Men)

My feet are fairly wide, so I was elated to be able to get a pair in a wide width. My Brannock size on my wider right foot is 11.5 E to EE, so I got the 11.5 wide and it fits very well. Like any full grain leather shoe or boot, they took about a half dozen wears to break in, but I am very impressed with these boots. The finish quality (clicking, stitching, etc) is excellent. Better than all of the new Allen Edmonds shoes I've purchased in the last 5 years in fact. The leather does wrinkle more harshly on the vamp than ideal, but I'm okay with that since this is a pull-up leather boot that is more rugged and seems to be more water resistant that standard leather. They go great with jeans and a t-shirt or slacks and a blazer on a cold snowy Ohio day. These have become my go-to footwear for inclement weather. They are a great buy for the price point.
