Valezka Knee High Boot (Women)

Took a chance on these boots since there were no reviews anywhere. Could not be happier with my purchase. They are exactly what I have been searching for the last couple of years. They fit my slim legs & are the perfect height. Love the subtle western flair. Need to buy them in black now.

Better than the photos! The outer suede and inner leather are so supple and light, they definitely live up to their Italian-made expectations. I was searching for a monochromatic modern black cowboy boot in suede without any scrolly stichwork or embroidery details. I had found a pair similar pair sold by a famous western boot brand which were twice the price. Trusting Nordstrom, I opted to give these a try instead (still a splurge!) and I'm glad I did. These checked all the boxes plus a couple more offering a narrower opening at the calves for a more fitted look, and a slightly higher heel with a subtly modern shape. Worn them twice so far and I find them very comfortable for lots of walking or a night out. A sexy yet chic boot.

Love the look of this boot. But, despite having it treated by my shoe cobbler, someone in a bar spilled a drink on me and the stain has never come out. Additionally, I lost a base of a heel, and had to have that repaired, too. You’d think for the price they could have pre-treated and secured the heels.

I’ve found myself reaching for these multiple times a week, across 3 seasons so far. And with all that wear the soles and heels have held up tremendously well and leather is still beautiful. Note these do not have a zipper and could be tricky to get on and off (requires some flexibility lol).

These are extremely well made, leather is beautiful, leather lining inside is smooth and comfortable. Easy to pull on, room to spare around calves, but not too wide. For reference I'm 5'7", 120lbs and a size 8.5. I ordered a 40 to give me room for thicker boot socks and they fit perfectly. A WIN!
