Merryli Western Boot (Women)

Very nice boot. I was a bit hesitant because I hardly wear a heel much anymore because of past plantar fasciitis and heel pain, but these don’t feel at all like a 2” heel. Super padded insole, I usually have to add in most boots, not with these which is a pleasant surprise! I got an 8 and it fits like a true 8 but the wide square toe give you lots of wiggle room. Enough room to either wear a thick sock in the winter or a thinner one in summer and fall. Great black color, not too distressed like some of the other Bed Stu black shoes so you can dress them up if needed but have a bit of an edge to them which is fun. Almost think they might be more comfortable than my AS98’s …those I have to put soft insoles and/or heel pads in. What a nice surprise to slip these on and be comfortable right out of the box! Haven’t worn them out yet…testing them around the house first.

3rd pair going back! Pictures look great but fit is so weird for this brand! Too expensive to have so many problems!! I am usually a 8 - 8.5 but with this brand either too small, too big and this latest dang pair can’t even get my foot inside!! Also this is the 2nd pair that looks like they have worn based on the bottom!!!! Again not having this for such a pricey pair of ankle boots!!

These boots are like 2 sizes too big! I ordered an 11 women’s and I had to size down to a 10, after I took them to a Nordstrom store — they associate yellows me with the new sizing, so I ordered them again in a size smaller 10, but they are STILL too big! I’m going to try one more time and order a 9.5, but this is ridiculous. I never have issues with sizing. I’m always between a 10.5 and 11 women’s, but they rarely have half sizes above 10.
