Why the purple leather in the back of the boot?
This is a nice waterproof boot, however the purple leather in the back of the boot is unattractive.

So comfortable!
Right out of the box! I walked all over the city of Seattle! It didn't rain too much but these boots kept my feet dry and happy! Loved them!!!

Defective Product
One shoe was defective and got discolored/ wrinkled after wearing in rain. All I did was cross a street. I even paid for express deliver to have these boots while attending a conference where it was calling for rain. Customer service said I have to take in to a store and then maybe I’d get a refund. Maybe. When it was broken.

Love style but runs narrow and short IMHO
I am looking for a boot to go to Europe in spring and this one is stylish and very lightweight. I am normally a 7 with room and like a toe box in the wide side. I found this on the short and narrow side yet the heel was a little wide and slippy. I may try a 7.5 but not sure the width will work. I find Josef Seibel nice for width.
