Dirty glasses
I recently purchased these glasses in the pink color, I usually online order and then pick up at my local Nordstrom. When I picked up they were in a wrong case, dirty and worn looking. I went back to the store and they did absolutely nothing for me and said that this was shipped from the warehouse. It’s unfortunate that receiving dirty, worn glasses is up to Nordstrom satisfaction. Also, no one at the store once offered to clean them or find a solution. Be aware of customer service, online did not offer any solution as well.
