This product is amazing. I had eczema on the lid of my eye I applied it maybe twice a day and it way fantastic. I'm not saying it healed my eczema but it made it much more tolerable when I had a flare up. My eczema is seasonal. It didn't feel greasy. I wear false lashes and it did not affect my lash glue. I will definitely always have this in my bag. And from it sitting in my purse it does not melt it is a fairly firm balm.

Not worth it
This balm is only for show- Gucci. It doesn’t do anything for your lips or skin but dry them even more. The compact is cute with the mirror but that’s it.

Not worth it

Gucci balm
The balm looks lovely, however the balm came in used? It looks like someone touched it with a finger nail. Really disappointed about it.

could be better
The case is nice but I find it annoying that I have to pry it open when the latch is so small (there is no button to push and it’s not on a spring). It’s also difficult to get enough balm out. My product’s balm tray spins when I swipe the balm, making it annoying to use.

Not some magic Gucci Balm
Pros is it comes in a beautiful container but definitely not worth the price. It’s not some magic Gucci balm, as it is not moisturizing at all. They need t come up with a formula at least better than something you can find at the Walmart check out. Because I get better moisture from Carmex.

broken clasp and the balm did not delight
Arrived with a broken clasp. Before I realized it would never be able to stay closed missing one of the two hinge parts, I tried the balm. It was like Vaseline only harder. Hard to get a dollop on my finger and felt like caked wax on my lips, only drier. I might have returned it just for that reason but maybe not since the case was so beautiful. But the mirror was only ok, maybe a little foggy or blurry. I didn’t worry about that though because I saw the broken piece in the box. I wanted to have something a little Gucci in my life but alas it won’t be this.

Beautiful compact
Honestly purchased this for the gorgeous case to use later for meds or small earrings. Balm has no scent and is solid like lanolin not slick. Would have been nice for compact to have a protective tote so it doesn't get scratched but I ended up using a Chanel eyeshadow velvet compact case to protect it. I used the balm once on lips and dry nose didn't notice much.
