Ball Star Low Top Sneaker (Women)

I was really excited for my Golden Goose sneakers to arrive, but when they did, they appeared to be previously worn. Before I even took the shoes out of the plastic, I could already tell that the toe box was heavily wrinkled and creased, and there was a noticeable scuff mark (yes, I understand Golden Goose shoes come pre-distressed). However, when I removed them from the plastic, I immediately noticed that the insoles were dirty just from glancing inside. Upon further inspection, you can clearly see the outline of someone else’s foot. I’m extremely disappointed to have received a used pair of shoes—especially considering how expensive they are. If I wanted something used, I would have gone to The RealReal, not Nordstrom.
