Lost my order and a goat rope ensued
Customer service through “chat” text messages was horrific. I was repeatedly told to wait additional lengths of time, and given various excuses before anything could be done about an order that was obviously missing. I explained that I needed the shoe for my engagement pictures and I had concerns that it would arrive in time.
I ordered the shoe at the end of march and the only tracking info that was available was a label being created, a week later. I was given multiple excuses from customer service that it’s possible the item was not being scanned at zones and I had to wait up to 9 business days to get something done, since it was possible that the item could just wind up on my doorstep. I ended up calling the number to actually speak to a customer service rep and they provided more helpful information.
Maybe get rid of your chat text option, or retrain your reps, because I was given very different information between the “chat” through text option, and the phone calls. Finally, my item was reordered and it arrived in a timely manner. If I had only used the texting option for customer service, I would never think to purchase from Nordstroms online again. It was an infuriating experience.

Super comfortable and cute

Highly recommend!
Absolutely love these, and I don’t even wear heels or like them for that matter, but I had to have these. I love J. Reneè, and have purchased another pair of shoes from her before. Since I naturally don’t wear heels often, my tolerance for wearing them was up to 4 hours, which included driving. But the fit and look was perfect.

Dance the night away comfortably
I had surgery on my bunion and so I can’t wear my high heels at the moment. For my 50th bday turn up I ordered a pair of these and they were so very comfy! Not once did I complain about my feet hurting! Beautiful and comfortable ❤️

Beautiful Shoes and Comfy
I purchased these shoes to wear with a formal dress for my niece's wedding. I was worried as I don't wear heels often and thought that my feet wouldn't hang in these shoes, but I wore them from 4pm to 10pm and my feet were totally fine! I want to buy every color!! They're so beautifully well made and I received loads of compliments on these shoes as well.

pretty but bad design
Loved the look of these and they were just as pretty in person, but the design makes them unwearable. The heel is positioned to far forward - making it almost impossible to walk naturally. There's also something about the position and shape of the heel that makes the shoe very uncomfortable, beyond the difficulty walking. The straps on the back (framing the heel) are too long and floppy, and when the shoe is on your foot, they bulge outward unattractively. My feet are slightly narrow but there was so much slack in this area, I can't imagine they would fit a wider heel any better. Easy decision to return. They were 1/2 -1 size smaller than a typical size 11.
