Barbour Quality
Ordered the smallest size but it was still a little large for my dog who has an 11 inch neck. Not a problem though, I drilled an extra hole and it fits perfectly. High quality leather with the signature Barbour tartan. It’s so soft and flexible my dog doesn’t seem to notice it. He adjusted well. It also looks and smells great.

Classy Dog Collar
