My Favorite CL Boot
I bought these in August on a trip to Barcelona. I sized up so I would have room in the toes. The heel is the perfect height for me and they are so gorgeous and stylish. It does take some roughing up the bottom so you do not slide. As recommended by the sales girl in the CL store, I will have a half sole put on after my first season of wear.
As some have mentioned, they can be a struggle to get off. The sales girl showed me how to easily get them off and now - no problem.

QC is Lacking
My wife has been wanting these shoes for months so I buy them for her for our anniversary. It was very disappointing to have the pip on pull up strap fall off as she put the boots on! These are too expensive for these kinds of issues to arise. Sent back and I'll try with a different model(My wife still wants some for some reason)

pretty but..
Impossible to get in and worse trying to get off. Toe bed is a little tight but I retuned. Struggling isn’t my idea of a quality boot

such a let down
It’s a beautiful boot by all means, but I should have believed the reviews. Runs very narrow. The boots hurt my pinky toes when I walk. Does not stretch. However I didn’t know that I can’t return the designer shoes after 30 days. Nordstrom won’t take them back . So now I’m stuck with $1100 boots I can’t wear.

Gorgeous Boots
These are actually very comfortable; the block heel and the rounded toe design make this a boot you can wear for work and play. I have them in brown as well and love them. I sized up. Normally I wear a 7.5 (37.5) but in designer shoes, I will go up to a 38. But with boots, I like a little more room to wear socks or tights, so I got a 38.5 and am able to get them on and off no problem and wear them with socks or tights. These boots elevate any look. I love them!
