These are insanely comfortable! I usually am a 9 in flats and went with a 9.5. I honestly could have worn either. They are very cute on! I tried these on inside of Nordstrom and had 3 ladies stop and ask me about them. I got black and will be ordering the champagne next.

The sole is made of cardboard?
While these shoes look great, fit great, and are very soft, it is extremely disappointing that their soles disintegrate very quickly. After walking for only 4 hours through the streets of New York the soles started to come apart at the edges and look like layers of thin cardboard. I love the shoes otherwise but having to have them re-soled after 1 day of wear is extremely disappointing.

Not comfortable
I really wanted to keep the shoes, but I could feel the hard studs even through the leather lining. I also normally wear an 8, but it was too snug. I tried the 8.5, but too long. I really liked the look of the shoes, but they were too painful to wear.

Not For Narrow Feet
I have a hard to fit narrow foot. I thought the strap would help, but the shoe was way too wide and gapped on my foot in my normal size. Otherwise, a very attractive shoe in the silver color.

Wanted to love...
I wanted to love. I stalked my size online for weeks before I must've finally nabbed, what appears someone elses return (there was none of the usual packaging materials within the box that I received. These are definitely adorable IRL. BUT... there is absolutely, no support. I tried on, took a few steps and knew immediately, there was no way my feet would tolerate even a few hours in them. If you are someone that could walk around all day barefoot, these may be for you. Still though, really great quality, attention to detail is top notch and so, so cute. Sad to return.

These run small!
These are beautiful shoes and are top quality. UNFORTUNATELY, they run at least half a size small, which means if you wear a size 11 like me, then there is no size larger to pick from. So disappointed, But they had to go back
