Unacceptable!
I received what would have otherwise been a beautiful shoe, had it not been extremely scuffed. If this shoe was a return placed back in circulation, someone could have taken the time to clean the shoe. 1st bad experience with a purchase after 100’s of purchases but this was disappointing.
