Missing piece
One of the shelves on my tension shower caddy was missing the mounting piece. I have contacted SimpleHuman with pictures and my proof of purchase but no reply yet. It’s been 3 days.

Excellent Product

So good I have two
I needed a place to put all my stuff but really didn’t want to be drilling anywhere. A friend recommended this to me and it’s perfect. I have quite high ceilings and it fits really well. Simple to put together and very sturdy in place. I had one in my wet room for a while and then bought a second for the bathroom shower cubicle.
It is quite big so wouldn’t recommend for very small spaces.
I particularly like the razor holder and the arms which are great for shower cap and wash net.
It’s easy to move out of the way for cleaning. I’ve had the one in the wet room for three years and there is no sign of rust or any deterioration in quality.

Excellent caddy
Excellent tension caddy. Great quality (as I would expect) easy to put together and install. Really like the spot for soap dish. Quality of the baskets very good and the whole caddy feels sturdy. Yes it seems expensive but hopefully it will last for many years to come, and it looks great in my new shower.
