6+ The LEGO^® Van - 60500

It was easy and fun to assemble and he’s had a great time playing with it since. It’s a good size and honestly a great gift for any kids who enjoy Legos!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves Lego sets. This set has been great to use along for our Social Studies unit on community roles. The instructions are easy to follow. My 5 year old built this set all by himself following the instructions, It took him about 2.5 hours. I highly recommend Lego sets they can be used in so many different ways and are great quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review. My son is obsessed with Lego sets, particularly the City theme, so this Lego Van is the perfect addition to his collection. The box contained everything he needed to build the van and he had no trouble going through the direction booklet himself. With 3 bags containing 276 pieces total, it's a great size for a 5 year old to build independently. It took him about an hour to build and will provide him hours of play. Once completed, this Lego is an adorable replica of a delivery van, complete with a hand truck to help the unloading process. The wheels move fluidly with no issues and he loves being able to open the back of the truck for loading. My son has a delivery semi-truck and he's already playing with them together, taking "boxes" from one to the other for "deliveries". We love Lego at our house and I think this is a great smaller kit to get kids started with following instructions and building sets solo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego van is super cool! It is a Lego van transporting Lego boxes. The van has a back with wing doors that you can use the pretend sets from inside. My 6 year old really liked the process of building this and also pretend play with it. We can add to our collection of Lego city vehicles, and it integrates super well with everything else, adding a second level of pretend play (a Lego van carrying Lego toys). My son was able to follow the instructions and build by himself with some help. Assembly was pretty okay, and the steps are broken down properly to make it easy. All pieces were there, including some leftovers. The built toy seems to withstand well regular pretend play, without breaking apart. All the pieces fit nicely inside the van for storage. Overall this is a great set, both to build and also to play with afterwards.
