Love the Micro Hydro
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a perfect size, fitting in various pockets and avoids having to use little plastic water bottles. . I take off the removable handle. The water stays cold and the small size keeps the weight light. A friend bought one too after seeing mine.

Terrible warranty service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many weeks of back and forth and them sending two incorrect lids that didn’t match my bottle they finally figured out that my bottle was only sold as a whole unit. They had images of my product from the get go but now needed me to write ”DO NOT WARRANTY ” in permanent marker on the bottle, video & send. I’m starting to feel a little like a circus monkey with all these hoops. Apparently they need a video of me, while in the action of writing it on the bottle. Seems utterly unnecessary and I’m using g my last energy on this matter by leaving this review. R. IP cute water bottle.

Perfect!!
