Beautiful boot that runs a little big
I tried these on in the store in my normal shoe size (11 Nike) but the associate also brought out a 10.5 to try. The 11 was definitely too big. I don’t like when my feet slide forward when I step or if the boot feel “floppy” when I pick up my foot. The 10.5 was much better and even a bit snug but I would imagine they would stretch out perfectly being made from leather.

expected better quality
The shoe itself was super comfortable and the construction seemed like great quality. The pull loop is not functional though. It ripped right off the second time I wore them. I expected better quality for a $400 boot. If you don’t plan on using the pull loop, go for it, it’s a beautiful boot.

Love To Boot New York Boots
I buy a lot of Nordstrom product, like a lot. So this was bound to happen eventually. I ordered a 9 in this boot and when the order arrived the left boot was a 9; however, the right boot was a 9.5. I really can't tell the difference. The bottom of the boot specifies 9.5, so maybe it was a stamping error at the manufacturer... but the inside also says 9.5. So I am thinking they probably just got jumbled up at some point in the supply chain process. Not to concerned as I feel no immediate difference in the boots. Hopefully that does not change as they break in.
other then the sizing issue I love the boots! quality as I expected, as I have around 5 To Boot NY boots.

Beautiful boots
Just got them during this anniversary sale and I loved them but they do run big like most boots do. Am usually a size 12 but I went with an 11 and they fit perfectly!

factory problem
the fastener to help put the boot. it is too brittle. I have bought two pairs of boots of the same model and both have had the same problem.

Pull tabs both ripped off
