Lip Balm

I got the Peacock Lane color, which I thought would be more pigmented from the swatches I saw online and the pictures of the product on the model. It had hardly any color and is just a very, very subtle hint of pink. I was disappointed since the color depicted looked so beautiful. The three stars are for the clean formula and the fact that the balm is very soothing and moisturizing without being thick or sticky. If you aren't expecting a big color payoff and you like this brand, you might like this a lot.

A pretty average lip balm, one to use to prep your lips for lipstick. I bought it in the clear color. Would not recommend as a stand alone balm as it's very thin. It does not come with as much product as most balms, which I knew ahead of time, but just something to note for anyone considering purchasing. The packaging is nice and sleek - it's pretty much why I bought this as I had an expiring note and I was out of lip balm so why not try something I wouldn't normally buy.

I was looking for a cleaner lip product without a bunch of unnecessary chemicals. This balm is a truly excellent natural formula that actually moisturizes and conditions my lips. Most lip products paradoxically cause chapped lips for me, but not this one. It does perform more like a lighter lip stick than a balm though. Not a fan of the penny lane color on my skin tone, but it will do.
