empty box

Nordstrom sent a busted ray ban box with no sunglasses present inside the pristine shipping box. Customer service indicated that they need to “review” the order before giving my money back. They would not just send a replacement. Cannot review actual product as it did not arrive - would give service 0 stars if it would have let me.
