I highly disappointed and get a stress
It was the worst experience that I had. What they send me??? Who monitors the packaging of orders? This is prada for 4 hundreds.? Are you joking me??? This is a trash with a somebody’s fingerprints. I have returned I spend my time for nothing.

elegant and upscale sunglasses
The most fashionable glasses ever! Super cute and high quality! They are elegant and upscale. Unfortunately they’re extremely tiny for me, and was making too much pressure on my nose and around my ears, and I ended up returning it back to the store.

Nordstrom delivered me an empty box
Don’t bother ordering anything from this company unless you want a third party carrier, known for mishandling and stealing packages, to deliver you an EMPTY box. I ordered these sunglasses paid nearly 500 and the package arrived completely empty and was opened on the side. Nordtrom uses ontrac because they’re cheap and now I’m missing the item I ordered because the contents were removed from my package prior to delivery.
Tell me why you’d use one singular piece of tape when shipping a designer item, leaving the sides of the box completely open and unsecured. I spoke to numerous agents who basically blamed me for having the item shipped to my house rather than shipping it to their store. Absolutely terrible experience and now I’m out $500 for a product I never received and Nordstrom won’t do anything about it.
