55mm Gradient Square Sunglasses

The quality of these sunglasses is extremely disappointing, especially for the price. The glasses arrived without their original packaging, which was already concerning. The arms are also incredibly stiff and difficult to move, to the point that they feel like they could break when adjusting them. The lenses are another major disappointment. They do not seem to provide the level of sun protection I expected, and I can see the reflection of my own eyes through the lenses while wearing them, which is distracting and makes them feel much cheaper than expected. For a Chloé pair of sunglasses at this price point, I expected significantly better quality, construction, and packaging. Unfortunately, these do not feel worth the money.

The glasses are superb but appear to be a return. I can run a fingerprint off the glass- some lotioned hands touched lenses all over. Customer service didn’t even bother looking and wiping them clean. Then they stuck a shipping label sticker of the case. Sticky reside does not come off and when I used leather cleaner- the color faded. Why did I received a retuned items without someone looking at it to see if it acceptable to sell as a new merchandise
