everyone calm down, please
i have both the old formula and the new one, i barely see any difference between the two, both are still very smooth and very finely milled, and undetectable on the skin.
i have notice that the newer one actually goes further, and i find, like all face powders, it's best applied with a natural brushes that are too dense uses saikoho goat hair, saibikoho goat hair, or squirrel hair. synthetic bristles will always lay down more power. less is always more.

The new formula is awful... sad.
This powder used to be my favorite, holy grail powder. I would never buy another powder, but then it was hard to find for a while. I realize it’s because they reformulated it, and now it is the worst powder ever. It removes the concealer under my eyes and makes my face so powdery. This powder use to melt into the skin and now it feels like a shiny powdery mess. Thumbs down.

Eh.Not that great
Why oh why did you change your powder?! Clair(20) perfect color for me and your new powder color pallet online is impossible to order from- it goes from light to medium to light then dark? And this stuff shines and not in a good way. The original loose powder had a much better texture. Bummer

unfortunate change
Well now that Chanel changed to colors of the powders, it no longer goes with the foundations or my skin tone. I am a fair (with a pink skin tone), blonde hair, blued person. The new powder colors are all yellow based now. So unfortunate because I loved Chanel foundation & powder, but switching brands all together since they don’t go together or match my skin tone.
