Evita Slip-On (Women)

I usually wear a 9ww. This shoe had a generous thumb-width of space at the end of my toes, but the heel did not ride up and down when I walked. Width-wise, very generous compared to most other brands. My toes could comfortably spread out when I walked. The leather is so soft and supple that it could easily have been used for clothing. The Velcro made it easy-on and easy-off. I felt like my feet had zero support anywhere- it was like wearing a house slipper. I kept them because they were the proper fit and very comfortable. For me, I wouldn't like this shoe for a demanding work day when I would be on my feet all day. For that, I prefer a structured, supportive, professional shoe. This shoe could be worn with any kind of pant, trouser, or jeans, or a skirt, or some dresses, for a fun day out, church, or errands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not perfect, but I liked them enough to buy them in two colors (brown and black). I wish they came in half sizes. I normally wear size 8 but that the tip of my toe was touching the end of the shoe so I exchanged them for a size 9. These fit better in the toe, but they are wider all around then I would like and my heel slips a little when I walk, even after using my orthotic insoles on top of the ones that came with the shoes. I have flat feet and wish that these shoes came with a little more arch support and cushioning. But at least they are made of a soft material that doesn't hurt my feet. I like that they are adjustable but wish I could make the Velcro even tighter than it allows. I have narrow heels but my toe box is average width. They are not super stylish but I think they're better looking than most similar "sensible" shoes on the market.
